LIP RESHAPING/ LIP LIFT
It is believed that smiling can help people feel better. Just the simple act of putting a smile on your face can lead you to feel actual happiness, joy, or amusement. Plump, youthful lips never go out of style, but the aging process can leave them looking thin and lined.

A suite of treatments that add or restore volume to the lips and smooth vertical lines around the lips and mouth are included in the lip enhancement
Injections - fat transfer
In fat transfer, autologous fat (fat from your own body) can be taken via liposuction from another area of your body and injected into your lips. Injections may need to be repeated until you get the desired result.
Injections - fillers
Fillers made from natural or synthetic biocompatible material such as collagen or hyaluronic acid act as a fat substitute to plump up the lip. One treatment is usually sufficient to produce the desired result. The results, however, may be temporary and require repeat injections.
Surgery - dermal graft
A permanent method of augmenting the lips is accomplished by surgically advancing the lip forward, with incisions placed inside the mouth. A dermal-fat graft, taken from the deeper layers of the skin, may then be positioned under the mucosa (the lining of the lip) to add additional plumpness.
Surgery - vermillion advancement
This procedure involves making an incision along the border of the colored portion of the lips, removing a strip of skin outside the border and then pulling the colored portion to increase the area of the lips.
Surgery - lip implant
Lip implants can be inserted through tiny incisions inside the corners of the mouth. There are many natural or synthetic implant options available. Your surgeon will discuss which option is best for you.

Lip lifts are an elective cosmetic surgery that can make the upper lift look larger and more pronounced. Unlike lip implants or injections, lip lifts are a permanent solution. There are several types of lip reshaping/ lip lift. It’s important to know the types and techniques so you can have an informed discussion with your surgeon about which is right for you.
Subnasal bullhorn
The subnasal bullhorn is one of the more common lip lift procedures.
A surgeon will make an incision that’s typically hidden along the base of the nose where it’s less visible. The incision is often made in the shape of a bullhorn and the center, right, and left of the lip are all pulled up toward the nose.
Central lip lift
A central lip lift is similar to a subnasal bullhorn lift. It shortens the space between the nose and the lips by an incision at the lower nose.
Corner lip lift
A corner lip lift is sometimes called a “grin lift” because it gives the face a more smiley appearance.
It’s done by making two small incisions at both corners of the mouth and removing a small amount of skin. Some people will get this in tandem with another lip lift to give fuller lips. It’s an option for people who feel they have downturned lips.

You may experience some swelling and bruising, which can last an average of 3-7 days. Avoid hot and spicy food. In addition, lip movement - including talking, chewing and laughing should be limited for the first week following surgery..
